Program Qualifications:

In 2020 we added a Premium level to our WaterPRO Program – giving additional benefits to our most loyal customers! To be eligible for the WaterPRO Program, your business must purchase qualifying products (listed below), from an Authorized Grundfos Distributor between January 1st, 2021 and October 31st, 2021:

Basic: Must purchase three complete small Grundfos submersibles (3” SQ/SQE/SQFlex or 4” SP), or larger products (Grundfos 6” and larger SP, MS6000c motors, MMS motors)
Premium: Must purchase 50 complete small Grundfos submersibles (3” S SQ/SQE/SQFlex or 4” SP), or twenty 6” and larger products (Grundfos 6” and larger SP, MS6000c motors, MMS motors)

Was your company approved as a Grundfos WaterPRO Dealer in 2020? If so, you can request to take part in the 2021 program by completing our WaterPRO Dealer Membership Renewal Form.

Once approved, you can visit the WaterPRO portal to select your 2021 program gift and gain access to exclusive technical articles and videos.

Record Pump & Well Profiles

Combines everything that used to be on paper into a single place, including your drilling log, completion and downhole data, pump and maintenance history. Add multiple well profiles to a single project and share details with your team. Record your job location via address or GPS and upload project permits and other media. Use the “Generate completion Report” feature to export a summary PDF.

Map your customer Projects

The Wells Map feature goes beyond a single project and lets you see ALL the well or pump installations your company has completed. The feature can also assist in estimating a new well near an existing one, as you can assess the geological formations in the area to better understand what the well / application will require.

Create Graphic Well Visualizers

The Well Visualizer will transform all your drilling log details into a handy visual format. The visual will adjust as you add different geological and downhole data – use the visualizer to show clients well information.

Access Helpful Tools & Calculators

WellConnect offers a range of built-in tools including an annular capacity calculator that allows you to input your data and quickly calculate the annular capacity for your application. You can access Grundfos support from the Pump Resources section, with direct links to pump specs. Visit the WaterPRO portal, or contact the Grundfos Technical Hotline directly from the app.
